Australia Tax Agency Announces Withdrawal of GST Ruling on Taxation of Digital Supplies by Nonresidents

The Australian Taxation Office March 1 issued a notice withdrawing a tax ruling, as of March 2, on the application of GST to supplies of digital products, made to Australian recipients by nonresident suppliers.
