A new version of the e604 application has been available since March 2, 2023 online.
This version fixes several issues:
- Again you can choose the exemption regime in an e604A or e604B.
- You can again consult the VAT status ‘file under investigation’ in KBOwi after sending an e604A.
- All taxpayers who apply the actual use on 31 December 2022 can (no later than 30 June 2023) complete the section ‘Actual use’.
Notification of the application of actual use may still be impossible in certain cases (notably in the case of a switch to mixed taxation without a change of activity). This issue will be resolved in a future version of the application.
