- The Spanish State Tax Administration Agency (Agency Estatal de Administracion Tributaria) published an updated draft of the e-Invoice proposal for B2B transactions.
- The draft law only covers companies established in Spain and self-employed entrepreneurs.
- For entrepreneurs and professionals with an annual turnover of more than 8 million Euros, a 12-month timeline will be applied, and the remaining taxpayers will receive a 24-month period.
