Get to know the requirements and adapt to the mandatory e-invoice on time
From the beginning of January 2022, taxpayers may voluntarily use structured invoices, and from July 1, 2024, their use in business transactions will become mandatory – on June 17, 2022, the EU Council approved the mandatory e-invoice in Poland. The Ministry of Finance is working on the business and legal concept of the final KSeF.
