- The Ministry of Finance has conducted extensive public consultations on the draft act introducing e-invoices as a universal settlement system.
- On January 31, 2023, the implementation of KSeF was the topic of the Dialogue with Business meeting. The participants of the meeting were presented with the corrections to the project, which are the result of talks with the market.
- The proposed changes include postponing the entry into force of the KSeF from January 1, 2024 to July 1, 2024, and excluding consumer invoices from the KSeF.
