In a recent VAT-newsflash, it was stated that the Swedish tax agency is holding a public consultation for three different digital reporting types. However, in contacts between the Swedish tax agency and the Confederation of Swedish enterprise it is clarified that is not the case. There is an ongoing work from the Swedish side looking at future digital reporting solutions and a number of different options is being considered, but a consultation regarding specific types has not yet been published.
