The Greek Government have published Decision A.1035/2020, which defines the Service Provider as being a separate entity from the one with the legal responsibility to issue invoices, while acting on its behalf. He needs to obtain a “Suitability Permit” for the Software application issuing E-Invoices.
The decision also defines the specifications, content and transmission of e-invoice, linking it also to eBooks (MyData) as one of the data exchange methods. The Service Provider needs to have registered seat or PE in Greece.
