Singapore Launches GST InvoiceNow Grants of Up to SGD 25,000 for Businesses

Summary
  • Singapore’s IMDA has introduced financial incentives to accelerate adoption of GST InvoiceNow (its Peppol-based e-invoicing system), with grants ranging from SGD 1,000 to SGD 25,000 (≈ €678–€16,948) depending on company size, annual supplies and integration needs. [fiscal-req…ements.com][vatabout.com]
  • The tiers are: SGD 1,000 for GST-registered businesses with annual supplies ≤ SGD 4M (subscribing to an accredited IRSP or connecting via an Access Point); SGD 5,000 for businesses above SGD 4M integrating their own ERP; and SGD 25,000 for large enterprises with a trading network of at least 200 suppliers or customers. [fiscal-req…ements.com][imda.gov.sg]
  • Grants generally run from 1 July 2026 (to 2028–2030 depending on tier, or until funds are exhausted), require integration/onboarding after 26 February 2026, and submission of invoice data to IRAS — supporting the phased GST InvoiceNow mandate rolling out through 2031. [go.gov.sg][straitstimes.com]
