  • E-transportation Phase B, which concerns the digital monitoring of inventory movements transmitted to myDATA, has been postponed and split into two new phases.
  • The first new phase, Phase B1, will become mandatory on October 12, 2026, requiring the transmission of data for loading, transshipment, receipt of goods, and inventory traceability and controls.
  • The second new phase, Phase B2, will become mandatory on January 1, 2027, focusing on the mandatory transmission of unified item codification according to the Combined Nomenclature (CN).

  • The Greek Independent Authority for Public Revenue (IAPR) and the Ministry of Economy and Finance have delayed the second phase of the myDATA e-delivery system for tracking goods movement, initially set for May 1, 2026, to provide businesses with a more gradual implementation timeline.
  • The updated rollout schedule includes mandatory comprehensive digital tracking and QR code scanning for transhipment and loading by October 1, 2026, followed by the implementation of CN for item coding by January 1, 2027.
  • Key features of the e-delivery system, such as the e-CMR, aim to enhance transparency, reduce paperwork, and streamline logistics, with certain groups like farmers under the special VAT regime and specific types of goods movement being exempt.
