There was no postponement – KSeF started on February 1, 2026 and has been operating so far. For now, invoices in the system are issued only by the largest taxpayers, but everyone should already receive invoices in KSeF. The full picture of the system functioning on the entire scale will be known on April 1.
However, we already have the first conclusions related to the start of sending and receiving invoices from KSeF – we will talk about them at the next webinar. We will also discuss the biggest practical problems of entities that are still in the preparation phase.
We encourage you to send your questions in the registration form. The “go-live” of the obligatory KSeF has certainly raised new, previously unforeseen doubts – we will discuss the issues raised during the webinar.
