- Customs and Fiscal Oversight: The Council will seek political agreement to eliminate the customs duty relief threshold for imports and will discuss the European Fiscal Board’s 2025 report on the EU’s fiscal framework and euro area stance.
- Regulatory Simplification and Recovery Plans: Ministers will review the Commission’s annual reports on simplification and enforcement of EU rules, and are expected to approve updated national recovery and resilience plans under the EU’s post-COVID financial support mechanism.
