On 5 November, the long-awaited EU Commission’s VAT in the Digital Age (ViDA) proposal was approved by Member States’ Economic and Finance Ministers (ECOFIN). ViDA will bring about significant changes to e-invoicing rules around the EU, even before its official adoption in July 2030.
