- Starting January 1, 2026, Belgium mandates all companies to use the Peppol network for electronic invoicing, allowing seamless interaction with all connected companies.
- Companies must select an e-invoicing service provider with a certified Peppol Access Point, and the Belgian tax authority has published a list of compliant solutions on the “E-invoice” website.
- The list serves as a guide but is not an endorsement or certification, and companies can choose solutions not included on the list; regular updates are expected as more providers register.
