The government in Romania has issued a decree to amend Order No. 802/2022, which focuses on overseeing goods transported through the RO e-Transport System. The revised directive expands the range of products and services covered by the regulations, including items such as meat, dairy products, eggs, fruits, clothing, and various other goods. This update aims to enhance financial oversight and accountability in the transport industry. The directive was published in Romania’s Official Gazette and will come into effect on July 1, 2024.
