The Polish government is seeking public comments on proposed changes to the KSeF system, including the generation of QR codes, offline invoicing, and KSeF authorization. The public consultations will be open until December 18. The Ministry of Finance is initiating public consultations on two implementation drafts of the KSeF obligation, which will take effect from July 1, 2024. The first draft includes expanded anonymous access to invoices in contingency mode, as well as the generation of QR codes in both KSeF and contingency mode. The second draft pertains to the amendment on issuing invoices, which requires VAT-exempt taxpayers to include the NIP of the buyer and supplier on KSeF invoices starting from January 1, 2025. Additionally, for invoices for continuous services, certain information such as measurement and quantity of goods delivered or scope of services provided may not be included, and the unit price without tax (net unit price) must be specified.
