For the mandatory implementation of the B2B e-Invoicing which was set to begin from July 2024 a new draft legislation has been approved by the Belgian Council of Ministers, according to the new draft, a new implementation date has been set as 1 January 2026. It will cover the Belgian resident companies and local subsidiaries of foreign companies.
