The Council of Ministers has approved a draft Royal Decree that extends the deadline for mandatory e-invoicing in public procurement contracts for Belgium. The extension will apply to economic operators sending invoices electronically for public procurement contracts with an estimated value of less than 30,000 EUR and more than 3,000 EUR, which will now enter into force on March 1st, 2024, instead of the previously planned deadline.
