A mobile telephony provider offers, among other things, subscriptions whereby a limited number of units of calling minutes, text messages and data (MBs) can be used per month for a fixed amount. The court rules that the provider must pay VAT on the prices for these subscriptions in their entirety, including insofar as these are attributable to the unused units of calling minutes, text messages and MBs.
