On Wednesday, March 15, the long-awaited updated draft of the act on the obligatory KSeF was published. The Ministry of Finance has been working on this legal act for several months. Today we already know which of them were included in the latest version of the project. There are also two draft executive regulations concerning the manner of using the KSeF and transactions excluded from the KSeF.
