Capital Markets Union: an Action Plan to boost business funding and investment financing
The European Commission is launching the Capital Markets Union Action Plan to help build a true single market for capital across the 28 EU Member States.
The plan includes actions in the area of taxation: removing tax barriers to cross border investment, addressing the debt/equity bias through work on the Common Consolidated Corporate Tax Base (CCCTB), and promoting best practice on tax incentives.
