February this year was characterized by a densification of legislation in the field of the VAT Act. Taxpayers are eagerly awaiting the amended version of the bill introducing the mandatory KSeF. On the final straight there is also a law introducing simplifications in the field of VAT – Slim VAT 3.
In addition, the Sejm received a bill on the introduction of new requirements for payment service providers. These rules will apply from 1 January 2024. The planned changes are part of the package to combat VAT fraud in the area of e-commerce.
