The Decision Amending the Decision Regarding the Determination of the Value Added Tax Rates to be Applied to Goods and Services (Decision Number: 6830) Published in the Official Gazette.
With the decision, an amendment was made to the Provisional Article 10, which was added to the Council of Ministers Decision no 2007/13033 with the President’s Decision no 6790. Pursuant to this Decision, VAT rate for the delivery of prefabricated structures and containers until (including this date) until 31/12/2023 (including installation and assembly works) has been determined as 1%, effective from 23/2/2023.
