With the Presidential Decision No. 6583 published in the Official Gazette dated 21/12/2022 and numbered 32050; Pursuant to the authority given to the President in the provisional article 39 of the VAT Law No. 3065, the application period of the VAT exemption in the deliveries of new machinery and equipment made exclusively for use in the manufacturing industry to VAT taxpayers holding industrial registration certificate has been extended until 31/12/2024.
