Changes in invoicing from January 1, 2024
On December 1, 2022, the Ministry of Finance published a draft act introducing the obligation to issue invoices in a structured form, which applies to the mandatory period. According to it, the use of the National e-Invoice System will become mandatory for VAT payers from 1 January 2024.
