Recall that VAT refunds were almost completely discontinued after Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24 this year. If in January it amounted to UAH 18.52 billion and in February to UAH 12.07 billion, then in March it was UAH 0.82 billion, and in April and May it was completely stopped and resumed only in June, after which it stopped again in July.
