As part of the policy to promote economic reactivation and boost the tourism sector, the Government led by President Pedro Castillo enacted the law that reduces the General Sales Tax (IGV) for tourist mypes (restaurants, hotels and tourist accommodation), and will enter into force on the first day of the month following its enactment, valid until December 31, 2024.
