- The decision of the European Commission exempting from customs and VAT imports of goods needed to combat the effects of the COVID-19 epidemic from outside the European Union is valid until June 30, 2022.
- The release will not be extended.
The European Commission and the Member States to which Commission Decision (EU) 2021/2313 of 22 December 2021 applies have concluded that there is no longer any need to extend its validity.
This decision applies to imports from countries outside the European Union (EU) to certain EU Member States, including Poland, between January 1 and June 30, 2022.
