The government will establish, by an emergency ordinance, in order to increase the degree of absorption for European funds, for all beneficiaries of the Large Infrastructure Operational Program, the value added tax (VAT) to be borne from the state budget for areas related to development smart gas distribution networks and increasing the production of energy from less exploited renewable resources.
