The European Commission, as part of the legislative actions after the climate conference, presented a draft regulation that will impose additional obligations on importers and exporters of cattle, cocoa, coffee, palm oil, soybeans, wood and products produced with their use. From January 2023, the Commission also wants to introduce a reporting obligation related to carbon tax.
