The Gelderland District Court has ruled that VAT is due on the sale of almost 60 vehicles that were previously rented out for film and TV. The burden of proof is reversed. The additional assessments based on third-party investigations and conservative estimates are reasonable. The 50% offense fine will also be maintained.
