The Ministry of Finance starts public consultations on the draft act introducing the e-invoice. Progress has been made in the roll-out of the Polish CTC (continuous transaction control) system. As a reminder, in the first phase of e-invoice implementation, Polish entrepreneurs will use it voluntarily. It will be present next to paper invoices and electronic invoices already present in the economic circulation. In 2023, the use of e-invoices will become obligatory.
