The government has adopted the amendments proposed by the Ministry of Finance on the sale of goods and services at a distance and for the transposition of European directives in the field. The amendments mainly target VAT and include provisions such as facilities for economic operators, such as the elimination of the invoice for intra-Community distance sales of goods, a special mechanism for declaring and paying import VAT applicable when the import regime is not used. Finances show that companies will have much lower costs and simpler procedures.
