Order
1 By letter of 25 May 2026, received at the Court Registry on 2 June 2026, the Tribunalul Arad (Regional Court, Arad, Romania) informed the Court that it was withdrawing its request for a preliminary ruling.
2 In those circumstances, it is necessary, pursuant to Article 100 of the Rules of Procedure of the Court of Justice, to order that the present case be removed from the register of the Court of Justice.
3 Since these proceedings are, for the parties to the main proceedings, a step in the action pending before the national court, the decision on costs is a matter for that court.
On those grounds, the President of the Court hereby orders:
Case C-413/26 is removed from the register of the Court.
