- Mandatory certification for systems and providers: Both in-house developed billing systems and commercial software providers must obtain approval to confirm compliance with technical and legal requirements of the Certified Electronic Invoice (FEC) framework.
- Application requirements and timeline: Applications (open since 15 April 2026) must include technical documentation, corporate registration, tax clearance, and social security certification, and are submitted directly to the DGI headquarters during business hours.
