Scam invoice reporting available in KSeF 2.0 taxpayer application

  • The Polish Ministry of Finance (MoF) introduced a new feature in the KSeF 2.0 Taxpayer Application on April 24, 2026, enabling taxpayers to report suspected fraudulent or abusive invoices directly.
  • This functionality is exclusively for purchase invoices or invoices where the taxpayer is a third party, and sales invoices cannot be reported this way.
  • All reports of suspected fraud or abuse must now be submitted via this new functionality, replacing the KSeF Application Contact Form.

  • The Ministry of Finance has introduced a new feature in the KSeF 2.0 Taxpayer Application to immediately report suspicious or fraudulent invoices to tax authorities.
  • This tool addresses the growing problem of “scam invoices” that can be automatically delivered to companies’ systems.
  • The new functionality streamlines the reporting process, integrating it directly into the system and replacing the previous reporting form.
  • Users can report suspicious invoices by logging into the application, finding the invoice, and selecting the “Report abuse” option.
