Important for traders who carry out intra-Union trade in goods. The President of the NSI by Order No. RD-05-665/14.10.2025 determined the thresholds for declaration under the Intrastat system for 2026:
The thresholds for declaring value are:
• for intra-Union imports – BGN 1,760,000 / EUR 899,874
• for intra-EU exports – BGN 2,250,000 / EUR 1,150,407
The thresholds for declaring statistical value are:
• for intra-Union imports – BGN 18,760,000 / EUR 9,591,836
• for intra-Union exports – BGN 34,760,000 / EUR 17,772,506
The threshold for simplified declaration of single transactions with low value is BGN 1956/EUR 1000.
