- Simplified Access to CBAM Register: As of October 16, 2025, importers can access the definitive CBAM (MACF 2.0) register directly via their douane.gouv.fr account, using the same login credentials as during the transitional phase. EU Login is no longer required.
- Automatic Account Migration: Importers who previously used the transitional CBAM register (register 1.0) via douane.gouv.fr will automatically have access to the new CBAM 2.0 register with the same account.
- Updated EORI Identification Requirement: The French Customs Authorities now require importers to use the EORI SIREN for identification, replacing the previously used EORI SIRET.
