- Enhanced Taxpayer Services: The development of a proactive service model through the Integrated Tax Administration System (ISNA) will enable remote access for taxpayers to submit reports, fill out declarations with guidance, and interact with the tax authority without needing to visit in person, with future enhancements planned using artificial intelligence for improved support.
