The Italian Revenue Agency has announced the approval of the Annual VAT Return Form for filing in 2025 in respect of the 2024 tax year. The form and instructions for filing are currently only available in Italian, although other language versions are expected to be published in the near future, including English. A Basic Annual VAT Return Form has also been approved that can be used by certain qualifying taxpayers. Both forms of the annual return must be submitted electronically between 1 February and 30 April 2025. Click the following link for PDF versions of both forms and instructions.
