2025 Intra-Community Trade Declaration Thresholds and Data Requirements by Bulgaria’s National Statistical Institute

ORDER
RD-05-774/11.10.2024
Based on Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 1 and Article 4 of the Law on Statistics of Intra-Community Trade in Goods,
I HEREBY ORDER:
I. I determine the thresholds for declaration under the “Intrastat” system for 2025 as follows:
- For the flow “Intra-Community Exports” – 2,200,000 (two million two hundred thousand) leva.
- For the flow “Intra-Community Imports” – 1,700,000 (one million seven hundred thousand) leva.
II. I determine the thresholds for statistical value under the “Intrastat” system for 2025 as follows:
- For the flow “Intra-Community Exports” – 36,100,000 (thirty-six million one hundred thousand) leva.
- For the flow “Intra-Community Imports” – 17,000,000 (seventeen million) leva.
III. I determine the threshold for simplified declaration of individual transactions with low value under the “Intrastat” system for 2025 – 500 (five hundred) leva.
IV. I determine the types of data to be declared under the “Intrastat” system for 2025 as follows:
- Commodity code.
- Partner Member State:
 a) Intra-Community Exports – Member State of receipt.
 b) Intra-Community Imports – Member State of dispatch.
- Country of origin.
- Type of transaction.
- Delivery terms.
- Type of transport.
- Nationality of the vehicle.
- Region of:
 a) origin (for intra-community exports).
 b) consumption (for intra-community imports).
- Net weight – kilograms.
- Quantity by additional measure.
- Value.
- Statistical value.
- Individual identification number assigned to the partner operator in the Member State of import, in accordance with Article 214 of Directive 2006/112/EC (for intra-community exports).
This order shall be published in the State Gazette.
