- Lithuania is transitioning its B2G e-invoicing system to the SABIS platform starting July 1, 2024, in compliance with Government Resolution No. 405 and Directive 2014/55/EU.
- SABIS will become the mandatory platform for submitting e-invoices to public sector institutions, accepting invoices through manual entry, API integration, or the Peppol network.
- Companies should prepare for the change by reconfiguring their systems and exploring options like Peppol integration for improved efficiency and cross-border transactions. The SABIS TEST environment will be available for system testing.
