- Government Emergency Ordinance no. 115/2023 introduces changes to the RO e-Transport system in Romania.
- The system now applies to all types of goods involved in international transport, and users must declare data for various scenarios.
- New requirements include equipping vehicles with satellite positioning devices and obtaining the UIT code for goods involved in international transport. Non-compliance will result in sanctions from July 1st, 2024.
