The obligatory National e-Invoicing System will enter into force on 1 February 2026. This is assumed by the amendment to the VAT Act, adopted on Thursday by the Sejm. The Ministry of Finance announced earlier that there will also be a second project, concerning simplifications and the phased entry into force of the KSeF – on 1 February 2026, the obligation will apply to entrepreneurs whose sales value exceeds PLN 200 million, and from 1 April 2026 – to all entrepreneurs.
