The Polish Ministry of Finance made a significant announcement regarding the mandatory national VAT e-invoicing system (KSeF). The extension entails a shift in deadlines: from Jan. 1, 2025, to Feb. 1, 2026, for entrepreneurs with sales exceeding 200 million Polish zlotys (US$49.6 million) in the previous tax year, and to April 1, 2026, for other entrepreneurs.
