- The Ministry of Finance organized meetings to gather feedback on the mandatory use of the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF).
- The consultations included sectoral and technical meetings, addressing topics like invoice issuance, factoring processes, and technical/organizational issues.
- Based on the feedback, the Ministry acknowledged comments and stated that major conceptual changes should not be anticipated. Changes to documentation are expected in the second half of March, and the new timetable will be announced by the end of April, followed by the legislative process.
