💻 E-Invoicing | Meeting of the community of communication relays at Bercy on February 16, 2024.
The Direction générale des Finances publiques and the AIFE (Agence pour l’informatique financière de l’Etat) brought together the community of communication relays this Friday at Bercy. Nearly 200 relays (professional federations, Conseil national de l’ordre des experts-comptables,
fnfe-mpe – National Forum on Electronic Invoicing and Electronic Public Procurement, software publishers, large companies) were present.
📆 This meeting, chaired by Antoine Magnant, Acting Director General of Public Finance, was an opportunity to discuss the new timetable with the aim of 1 September 2026 for the receipt of invoices in electronic format for all companies and issuance for large companies and intermediate-sized companies.
This deadline is already being prepared, and the year 2024 is a key step in this preparation:
📌 The registration system of partner dematerialization platforms is being adjusted to allow the process to continue serenely, with the first registrations expected this year.
📌 The preparation of the first test phases of the public portal directory around a “core” scope of functionalities will take place before the end of the year. Work is already underway with the ecosystem to crystallize the common frame of reference between the public portal and partner actors to enable them to progress and finalize their developments. The crystallization of this framework will take place in the spring.
📌 The construction of the support system for companies is continuing in partnership with the relays. The results of the Assistance survey show that more than 50% of companies rely on accountants to support them. More than 10,000 employees were trained in 2023 thanks to the actions carried out under the aegis of the Conseil national de l’ordre des experts-comptables. Software publishers, federations or professional organizations (CCI France, CMA France, etc.), future dematerialization platforms, partners and banks, also have a role to play, which is why we will provide the former with a training course on the reform in the spring and tools to raise awareness among companies and fight against preconceived ideas about electronic invoicing.
Antoine Magnant concluded the session by reaffirming the commitment and determination of the administration in this reform, in permanent collaboration with the ecosystem.
