The Ministry of Finance has started consultations on the National e-Invoice System. The topic of Friday’s meetings were issues related to the security and efficiency of the KSeF system and consumer invoices, which, in accordance with applicable regulations, remain outside the system. The talks included: on identifying the buyer’s status, whether he is a taxpayer or a consumer.
