Italy has launched the 2024 pre-populated VAT form online. The green light to submit begins on February 15th. Starting from February 12, 2024, eligible businesses and self-employed individuals can access this service. It applies to taxable entities residing and operating in Italy, following the criteria outlined in the regulations of July 8, 2021, and January 12, 2023. Specifically, this includes those who conduct quarterly tax settlements, except for certain categories covered by special VAT regimes.
