Finance Minister Andrzej Domański has confirmed the upcoming implementation of the National e-Invoice System (KSeF) and outlined plans for consultations beginning on February 9. The consultations will address legal aspects and system functionality, with a new mandatory implementation date expected to be announced around April and May. The Ministry appreciates the previous efforts of the entrepreneurs and promises to take their investments into account to prepare for the KSeF. Training materials will offer practical sessions in tax offices, focusing on free software use, and ongoing support through a hotline will assist entrepreneurs facing challenges during implementation.
