The National Revenue Agency is conducting inspections of commercial establishments across the country to ensure compliance with tax and insurance legislation, as well as the new regime for advance declaration of goods with high fiscal risk. The checks are carried out jointly with the “Customs” and BBAH agencies. So far, nearly 5,200 unique numbers have been issued to carriers who complied with the requirements for transporting goods with high fiscal risk. The inspections are regular and not targeted at specific companies, according to Rumen Spetsov, executive director of the NRA.
